How Do I Place An Order?​
Simply visit our shop and make your choice of bike, you can arrange payment by using our checkout link to make secure payment. You then need to drop us a line to check availability by letting us know the date you wish to book. If you prefer call us on 07776134810 or email stevenmure@parkdean.com. State the date and bikes required we will come back to confirm. We are working to integrate a booking calendar which will be available soon.

Delivery or pickup
For an extra £5 we can drop of your bike to your location in Dornoch or the surrounding area or if you prefer come and collect your bike at our dedicated centre based at Grannies Heilan Hame Holiday Park.

Conditions of hire
To hire a bike with us you will need to pay in full and leave as a security deposit a credit or debit card in your name. If you prefer you can leave a vehicle key and you will also need ID in the form of driving licence or passport. Our full terms and conditions can be found here including a size chart.

Returns & Refunds
Simply return your bike by the end of the day of your last booking, collect your security deposit and continue with your holiday in the glorious East Sutherland highlands! We can collect from you for a charge of £5.
