Conditions of hire

 

1- We will provide you with the bike as requested, we will make sure the bike is safe for road use and has no obvious mechanical imperfections. Where the bike requested is not avilable for whatever reason we will do all in our power to provide a suitable replacement or refund your charge if this is not possible.

2- We will provide with the hire a pump, puncture repair kit, storage bag and helmet

3- We will make you aware of key issues before you leave with your bike

4- If it has been arranged we will deliver and collect the bike at the time stated when arranged

5- We will retain your deposit and any personal documentation is a safe manner in keeping with the data protection act and return it to you when no longer needed or destroy it if applicable

6-  You will use the bike only on ground surfaces to which it is designed. Our bikes are hybrid style and useable on rod or on very mild off road conditions, they ae not mountain bikes and should never be used as such.

7- You will return the bike to us on the day and at the time arranged at the time of booking otherwise we reerve the right to withold your deposit

8- The bike shll be returned to us free of any malicious damage, any accidental damage must be reported as soon as reasonably possible.

9- We advise you to wear a helmet at all times whilst using the bike however we will not be held liable for any helmet fitting issues that may result in injury or death as the helmets provided are a one size style.

10- Having paid for a booking we reserve the right to retain all monies unless notice of cancellation is given with more than 24 hours notice.
